Featuring Corporate Gift Choices and Fine Writing Implements

For over 135 years, this master goldsmith, lacquerer and trunk maker has combined meticulous care and unique expertise to create exclusive, hand-fi nished, individually numbered objects in France. This heritage and invaluable know-how is the legacy of Simon Tissot Dupont. Since it was founded, S.T.Dupont has showcased the most precious and rare materials, producing luxurious accessories and perpetuating the traditions that epitomize the French way of life.

Today, S.T.Dupont’s luxurious accessories continue to call upon the fi nest materials and a rare know-how that has been handed down from generation to generation, with its craftsmen constantly striving to refi ne and perfect their unique skills. To date, S.T.Dupont is the only company to have mastered the ancient technique of Chinese lacquering. Secreted by the Rhus vernicifera tree, the precious sap is harvested by hand, and aged and blended like a fi ne wine to create a material - Chinese lacquer - that is both precious and strong. Unrivalled knowledge that has been handed down over generations of master lacquerers is required to prepare, colour and apply the lacquer. Every S.T.Dupont Chinese lacquer writing instrument is engraved with a stylised lacquer tree leaf to identify and underline the exceptional character of this substance. Contemporary lacquer offers a wealth of fresh, vivid colours.

Metalwork, using precious or rare metals, is carried out by experts skilled in needle etching, chasing, engraving, hand-polishing and plating. This succession of manufacturing stages, which combine technology and precision, transforms simple brass into an array of different designs, whose fi nesse and striking fi nish ensure their status as luxury accessories.
